Job Description :
- Vendor Empanelment and Negotiations.
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.).
- Manpower Planning and Budgeting
- Conducting salary surveys
- Headhunting, Sourcing best talent through various channels/portals
- Develop strategies for niche positions
- Close positions within TAT
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
- Plan employee referral programs.
- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions.
- Interview candidates who are applying for a job.
- Visit job fairs at schools or universities Investigate and determine employee needs Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast.
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
- Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process.
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.
- Suggest measures for improving employee retention.
- Supervise members of the recruiting team.
- Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.
- Determine HR and recruiting Reports.
- Create and present reports.
