The company is founded by IIM Alumni with significant industry experience in Consulting, BFSI & Education space. We are on the lookout for a smart professional who comes from a recruitment firm background with at least 2-4 years of experience, and is excited at the prospect of being amongst the first few employees of the company.  Job Overview:  The primary responsibility of the candidate will include complete lifecycle of recruitment/empanelment:  - Handle the complete recruitment/empanelment process end-to-end  - Understand the Client requirements and the areas they are looking to research  - As per the Client research requirements, identify the resumes/CVs of the Experts from various sources such as LinkedIn and other databases  - Reach out to the experts via channels such as telephone calls, emails, professional networks (LinkedIn etc.)  - Recruit/empanel the experts in line with the firm's financial matrix  - Explain the Client requirements to the recruited/empanelled experts and set up research discussions with the Client  - Manage & maintain the database  Desired Background and Personal Attributes:  We need a go-getter who is passionate about working in a start-up culture, has the enthusiasm and the ability to multi-task while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities:  - 2 to 4 years experience in a recruitment firm  - Good cold calling & convincing skills  - Good written and oral communication  - Strong relationship orientation  Salary: Will include fixed plus performance-linked variable component
