Role : Social Media Sourcing ( Global Operations )

Exp : 2 to 7 yrs

Job Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurgaon

Education : Graduate / Post Graduate ( Premier Institutions)

Required Exp / Skills :

- Strong exp in hands on sourcing particular using Social media tools

- Strong exp in using LinkedIn to find passive candidates

- Strong exp in working with global stakeholders and overseas counterpart

- Strong exp in using Applicant tracking system

Responsibilities :

- Sourcing & identifying best candidates using social media specifically LinkedIn to create a diverse talent pool of candidates from the US region.

- Working on process improvements, resolving issues related to the to the Applicant tracking system (ATS) either on own or in conjunction with the developers.

- Providing inputs to improve the recruitment automation processes

- Collaborating with the global team on different recruitment related projects.

- Initiating various projects related to recruitment and soliciting help of global team to carry out the same

- Continuous and engaging global stakeholder management
