Recruitment Manager - IT/ITES

We are undertaking a search for one of our client in the ITES/IT Space based out of Gurgaon.

Role- Manager Recruitments

Role description:

The role reports to the Senior Manager.

The Incumbent is primarily responsible for recruitments and talent acquisition and will also be looked upon to guide and partially manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs.

The Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

- Manage 7 Human Resources team members, ranging from Assistant TL to Associates

- Recruiting and staffing and Organizational departmental planning

- Talent Acquisition and Talent Management

- Strategy and planning for mass, campus and specialized recruitments

- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees

- Employee on boarding, development

Work Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Pick and Drop available)

Requirement:

- A minimum of 6 years of experience primarily in Talent acquisition in IT/ITES sector

- Should have managed a team

- Excellent communication skills
