I am currently working on an exclusive assignment of a Recruitment Manager for Bangalore for a reputed company.
Experience – 7+yrs – 11yrs
Location - Bangalore
This is a key role managing global sourcing responsibilities in the Recruitment function. Will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 sourcing executives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare sourcing plans basis requirements and monitor progress against plan
- Manage performance of sourcing executives
- Plan sourcing communication and promotions
- Deliver planned source-mix
- Co-ordinate with recruitment managers across locations
- Improve recruitment process and sourcing effectiveness
- Implement effective process to ensure best-in-class candidate experience
DESIRED PROFILE
- 7-11 years of overall experience, of which at least 2 years in managerial role in talent acquisition in a reputed corporate
- Experience of recruitment in IT across different location (USA/UK) and even experience in Domestic hiring
- End to end experience of recruitment, sourcing and employee branding
- In-depth experience of direct sourcing e.g. referrals, job portals, online media
- Experience of managing multi-location, multi-skill staffing
- Process oriented and ability to manage and influence stakeholder expectation
- MBA from a reputed business school (mandatory)
