As a Recruiter, you will help build biggest tech hub, with responsibility for end-to-end recruiting while driving the diversity agenda. You- d be part of a pioneering team that is leveraging technology to digitize and build agile, omnichannel solutions for consumers across the value chain. Manage full-cycle recruiting for our growing IT Center of Excellence in Bangalore - Build a diverse external pipeline for key roles across tech groups such as AI,ML, SAP, FICO, eCommerce, Cybersecurity, etc. - Successfully negotiate and close competitive offers - Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to develop sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool. - Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise and teamwork to hire top talent - Elevate the candidate experience by adopting our - white glove- candidate experience. - Engage with our social media channels to promote a destination for top tech talent - Work seamlessly across agencies, multiple stakeholders across US and India - Bring in innovative, tech enabled recruitment solutions to digitize the process Requirements - if you say - Yes!- to all or most, we want you! - 7+ years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition; in house and agency experience - Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a recruiting tool - Experience recruiting for Ecommerce, IT (mandatory) and Retail sectors and diverse tech stack (preferable) - Passion for the apparel/fashion/lifestyle space - Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills - Ability to work with internal stakeholders to develop a trusted partnership - Demonstrated experience sourcing passive talent
