We are looking for an experienced and professional Recruiter.
You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring candidates for open positions. You will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes.
Responsibilities :
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Conduct confidential interviews
- Follow-up references and check credits
- Present shortlisted candidates
- Present detailed candidate profile summaries
- Advise on best-recruiting practices
- Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures
- Keeping track of recruiting metrics
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Experience : 3-5 years
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Strong decision-making skills
Salary Offered : 6-10 LPA
