Job Title: Account Manager

Job Description:

- Reporting to Director of Business Operations, the Account Manager is responsible for all steps associated with sales and delivery process. This entails the following:

- Mine existing accounts.

- Responsible for end to end delivery.

- P&L accountability for assigned accounts.

- Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.

- Call prospective customers, discover staffing needs, hiring cycles; develop & nurture strong relationships.

- Work in a team environment, provide feedback and mentorship.

- Interact with Leadership - Internal & External.

Essential Attributes:

- Full Life Cycle Recruitment experience.

- Should have account management / customer management skills.

- Should have been responsible for providing End to End solutions.

- Ability, willingness & the propensity to learn.

- Should display high commitment levels and potential to grow in staffing sales.

- Understanding client needs and delivering value by creating right solutions.

- Client Relationship Management/Stakeholder management.

- Should demonstrate the caliber to manage conversations across the board.

- Executed sourcing plans by interacting with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve recruitment targets.

Specifications:

- Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate

- Experience: 4 - 7 Years into recruitment
