Recruitment Manager
Objective
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies and manage recruiting team, to meet the talent acquisition needs of a diverse, growing, shared services unit of a global organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement a recruiting plan that delivers high quality hires, with cost effective and time efficient results.
- Assess recruiting process and work to continuously improve the process, to bring innovative changes, and effectively and efficiently meet the organization’s talent needs.
- Set recruiting targets and metrics, measure progress, and frequently communicate to multiple stakeholders throughout the year.
- Understand current sources of talent and optimize these to meet current and future talent needs.
- Assess current vendor network and utilization, and modify to best leverage vendor partners.
- Assess employee referral program and make improvements.
- Assess use of portals and social medial and make improvements.
- Develop and execute campus recruiting strategy.
- Develop and execute strategy to leverage interns, trainees, or temps.
- Coordinate the Internal Job Posting (IJP) process, in collaboration with HR generalists and functional managers, to increase lateral movement across the organization.
- Develop and coach HR talent within the Recruiting team, with a focus on performance management, learning, and retention.
- Create and execute employment branding plans, to improve company's position as an Employer of Choice in the Mumbai employment market.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives with HR team members in Mumbai and globally.
- Support talent assessment and succession planning activities, in particular in support of our Great Manager program.
- Provide feedback/coaching, serve as a trusted advisor, and be able to successfully influence employees and leaders at all levels.
