Recruitment and Learning Specialist
1. Recruitment & Internal Mobility :
- Collaborate with hiring managers/ HRBPs to develop job descriptions
- Design source mix, create and publish jobs in line with the design
- Network with potential hires through job portals, social media and professional social events
- Screen and shortlist resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Administer candidates' interviews (virtual / in-person) for a wide range of roles depending on functional and business requirements
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Prepare and maintain MIS. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire for own scope
2. On-boarding & Induction :
- Managing end to end on-boarding process for new hires at Mumbai (including pre-post joining documentation)
- Welcome emails and schedule initial induction meetings
- Draft and publish Org Announcements
- Issue appointment letters subject to documents verification
3. Confirmation :
- Tracking confirmations that are due
- Launching confirmation process with Managers
- Issue confirmation letters subject to assessment
4. Learning Coordinator :
- Coordinate learning activities for Mumbai and other non-plant locations
- Design posters/ banners for employee communication
- Employee communication and internal promotion of Learning initiatives
- Assist in content development and slide deck preparation
5. Manage the following Workday Roles :
- Recruiter - for Recruitment & Mobility
- HR Partner - for hiring
- Learning Administrator - for creating courses and recording attendance
- HR Analyst - for various people
6. C&B Support & Coordination :
- Handling end-to-end Mediclaim Insurance complete process including database management laision with Insurance company and resolving employee queries.
- Support in Payroll activities
- Workday management for Payroll (HRIS) including data checking and corrections, generating regular HR reports (like Headcount, attrition etc and its analysis)
- General HR work and documentation. Work with C&B Head for various reports and employee queries.
- Support HR Head for coordination and data. Analyse data and share reports, powerpoint slides, coordinate with locations HR, HRBPs and COEs etc.
Specificities :
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment process life-cycle and on-boarding, payroll process.
- Knowledge of job families, job specifications, job profiles, grades and position descriptions
- Hands-on with sourcing strategies; Headhunting, Job Portals, Social media sites, Referrals, Speculative sourcing,
- Expert in sourcing techniques: keywords, Boolean and other search commands
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills
Education : Graduate or MBA in Humanities. HR preferred.
Experience : 5-10 years' experience
Specific requirements : Hands-experience on recruitment tool _ SAP/ Workday / Success factor
Business Trips (Percentage) :
- 10% of travel
