Key responsibilities :

Recruitments – Responsible for identifying and hiring the right talent for the organization Understanding the hiring needs of the different verticals in the organization and fulfilling the manpower requisition within the shortest TAT.

Induction & Training – Responsible for identifying the training needs within the organization, designing the training modules and conducting / coordinating the same.

Employee Engagement - Conducting various employee engagement activities within the organization, devising strategies to ensure high levels of employee satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who contribute to the growth of the organization, by providing creative ideas and solutions and is able to keep up with the fast pace of the organizational growth.
