Recruitment Lead - IT

European Product Organisation with more than 10000 employees in India (most of them in Bangalore).

This is a Client facing role and will have good amount of interaction with VP's and Sr. Directors from the business.

This role will be reporting to the Staffing Head.

It is an Individual Contributor role, however will need to guide and mentor team members as and when required.

This role will be to support the product innovation Team in Bangalore.

Client has 2 roles : Lead Recruiter & a Senior Recruiter.

Experience level : Lead Recruiter (7- 9 years) & Senior Recruiter (5-7 years).

- Should have the skill and ability to handle requirement end to end on your own.

- You should be an Expert in sourcing - And you are expected to be hands on despite the fact that this is a senior role and should be able to close position directly than through vendors.

- Should have good exposure working for Software Product Development Organisations.

- Go for the kill attitude.
