Job Title : Lead Recruitment / Generalist (50 % Recruitment - 50 % Generalist Role)

Job Location: Gurgaon, India

Normal Duty time – Weekly 5 Days / Pick N Drop Facility

Skill/Experience Requirement

Job Description

- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower.

- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews of candidates.

- Handling staffing, recruitment, induction program, policy formation, separation programmes for employees.

- Conducting exit interviews at the time of exit of an employee

- Conducts external searches through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc.)

- Develops and maintains a high volume of referrals

- Develops and maintains a strong candidate pipeline

- 6 - 8 years experience HR experience in Recruitment / generalist or business partner roles.

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or related field will be an added advantage

- Experience handling 100-150 people across multiple business tracks.

- Ability to operate in a matrix driven work environment

- Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office suite 2007.

- Effective organization skills and customer centric attitude.

Employee On boarding

- New Hire Program- Planning and coordination with all the stakeholders and manage the overall facilitation of New Hire Program

- Administer the joining formalities, upkeep of employee database and records, joining procedure, employee record creation and communicating with all the stake holders.

Generalist HR Responsibilities

- Would require to manage Employee life cycle

- Address Employee grievances/ queries pertaining to HR policies, floor issues or HR Interventions etc.

- Manage Confirmation process/PEP/Employee meetings/IJP’s/Communication/Fun activities/Exit Feedbacks.

- Publish various reports to senior management pertaining to such as Employee headcount, turnover, training participation, ESOP’s.

- Liaison with the Insurance TPA, Visa counselor, External and Internal Auditors, US HR counterparts.

- Compile Monthly payroll, Compute Full & Final & Close term procedure .

- Handle PMS and Recruitment.

- Engage in HR Initiatives and the program such as VOE, Trainee program etc.
