Head Recruitment - Volume Hiring, ( Non IT Hiring only)

Urgent opening for Head - TA (Volume Hiring ) Non - IT hiring

- Min 15 - 20 yrs. in core Recruitment , staffing role,

- Must have handled hiring over 20 - 30 k min

- Handled National role / large role.

- Very good team handling exp

- Exceptional target driven and delivery management on hiring

- Strong stake holder management.

- Has overall responsibility and accountability for hiring direct manpower for the business in line with business requirement, at the right time, cost and quality; Ensures compliance to applicable government and internal guidelines related to direct hiring; Is expected to oversee approx. 60,000 recruitment each year for direct staff.

Direct Recruitment Planning:

- Reviews annual sales and operations plan, analyses and identifies net add and annual direct manpower requirement

- Defines monthly recruitment number target & budget for each hub basis past trend and sourcing constraints

- Reviews monthly rolling business plan (current + 2 month) and identifies recruitment target

- Plan sourcing strategy along with recruiters (location, type of activity etc.) to ensure recruitment in time, cost and quality

- Seek sign-off on plan from internal stakeholders - sales, operations, finance as required

Direct Recruitment Process Management:

- Define/ refine process of direct recruitment in line with business needs and government regulation

- Participate in critical aspects of key recruitment initiatives - liaison with internal functions, govt. officials, agencies etc. as required to mobilize the teams and source candidates

- Monitor and track progress on recruitment by ensuring people and process are aligned to deliver to plan

- Intervene where necessary to expedite urgent requirements

- Seek feedback from business/ direct hires and plan improvement in candidate experience, recruiter productivity, planning and forecasting

- Escalate issues related to direct hiring process to Talent Acquisition CoE for review and support.
