Recruitment Head - IT Services organization - Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage the recruitment and staffing business lines of the organization at national level
2. Plan and execute business strategies to increment revenue
3. Hire and deploy a team of recruiters and managers to drive the business
4. Be a key player in the Customer retention activities of the organization
Desired Candidate Profile:1. Strong experience of over 12 to 14 years in recruitment business
2. Prior experience in managing large teams and scaling business to higher levels
3. High understanding of the IT/Technology hiring trends and domain
4. Great Networker
5. Prior experience in managing very large accounts
6. Exposure to South East and Middle east hiring will work as an advantage
