Client Details
Our client is the largest and fastest growing healthcare MNC with a strong footprint globally and an exponential growth plans in India. To ensure a speedy and quality growth, they are looking to hire a Recruitment Head for Pan India business who will be responsible for bulk hiring across all functions (approx. 400/ month) in a team management role while reporting directly into the CHRO
Description
As a Recruitment Head with a team of 24 people and directly reporting into the CHRO, you will be responsible for:
- Plan and develop a strategic approach and initiatives to meet the recruitment targets (approx. 500 people per month)
- Working towards identifying and implementing robust recruitment processes for both Leadership and Executive
hiring, ensuring strong source mix, recruitment metrics and proactive channels of sourcing
- Manage end to end recruitment process from demand management to sourcing, reviewing, interviewing to offer and finally on boarding process
- Proactively lead and manage any change management projects within recruitment related to Technology/ Processes
- Ensure timely delivery of targets and build strong proactive pipeline for talent through market understanding and foreseeing the business requirements across India
- Building strong vendor partnerships
- Work towards employer branding both internally and externally
- Build stronger understanding and visibility of competition and geographical landscape
- Exercise cost saving strategies and deliver to recruiting budgets along with ensuring strong recruitment compliance
- Coaching and mentoring the line managers and own team to mature the recruitment processes internally
Profile
As a successful candidate you should,
- Come with 12-16 years of experience into TA with at least 8 years of specialist experience into bulk hiring only
- Candidates can come from any industry (BPO/KPO background preferred)
- Must have seen aggressive recruitment targets and should have led a team
- Candidates with only bulk hiring recruitment will be considered
- Should come with an experience of managing end to end recruitment life cycle
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and establish trust and competence
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills
