Job Description:-
- 10-20 years in Very strong recruitment and Sourcing candidate with focused experience in Blue-collar hiring for the Hyderabad region
- Geographical knowledge of Hyderabad is a must
- knowledge in remote mobilization programs ( Sourcing Initiatives with local areas and groups)
- Knowledge of an outreach program
- Skill development (meeting local heads to source, train, deploy - Delivery, tele callers etc.)
- Notice period - 1 month (Buyouts available)
- Work location in Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Will be responsible for Planning, Implementing, Creating sources for manpower mobilization.
- Plan and Execute models of hiring for our business line.
- Well-versed with market research and analytics - primary and secondary research, - competitor study and analysis on recruitment and engagement(vendors).
- Design and maintain dashboards to assess the effectiveness of recruitment and engagement initiatives.
- Led employer branding initiatives through a well-rounded 360-degree approach- capitalizing on both on-ground and off-ground initiatives including content ideation for social media channels.
- Extensive experience in project management including staffing, work planning, coordinating, and managing team towards the successful completion of work and projects.
- Proficient in working in fast-paced environments, requiring skills in understanding needs of business and alignment of talent strategy.
- Will be responsible to meet the targeted number via various sources.
