Looking for Recruitment executive with experience working for a professional recruitment company.
Work Location: Nashik.

Experience- 1 + year of working with a professional recruitment company with hands on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates.
Candidates should have hands on knowledge working on leading job databases to source required profiles.
Excellent communication in written and spoken English is a must.
Compensation: Compensation will renumerate with experience, knowledge & communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Souring potential profiles for client requirements.
- Screening the profiles based on Job description.
- Speaking to candidates on the job description and qualifying them for requirements.
- Interacting with clients to ensure the candidate is given an opportunity to be interviewed.
- Scheduling virtual and physical interviews as required.
- Follow-up on profiles interviewed and coordinate for onboarding process.
- Interact with client to mine for new requirements.
- Will be involved in total end to end recruitment process which also includes client management.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in recruiting
- Good Understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
- Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods
- Client relationship building skills
- Business acumen and market insight
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Integrity and confidentiality
