We are hiring Recruiter - Across Level for a leading E-commerce organization based out of New Delhi.

Experience: 3 -6 Years

Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Job responsibility

- Responsible for the acquisition of Talent and ensuring a prompt and cost effective resource acquisition of high quality.

- Handling the entire Campus Recruitment process

- All aspects of candidate administration such as maintaining and updating applicant and offer activity, job description creation, postings, relocation

Skills required:-

- Prior Experience hiring for product / dot com companies would be preferred.

- Extensive experience with various tools of recruitment including online recruitment, headhunting, references, Social media, Campus recruitment.

- Excellent Communication skill mandatory
