We are hiring for Recruitment Delivery Specialist and Recruiter Senior Analyst for Bangalore.

Experience : 6-8 Years (Specialist) and 4-5 years (Senior Analyst)

Notice Period: As soon as possible

Shifts: Generic

CTC: Negotiable

Education: Full Time MBA (HR)

Skill Set:

- Core IT recruitment experience

- Experience in Volume hiring/Bulk hiring would be a plus

- Experience in lateral hiring would be mandate

- Team handling is required for Specialist role

- Candidates from Tier 1 IT organizations should apply only

- People management, stakeholder management

- Should be available for F2F on 2nd/3rd/4th Jun'15
