MUST HAVE HANDLED A P&L IN EXECUTIVE SEARCH BUSINESS TEAM MANAGEMENT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for Business Development, Client Engagement and Execution. - Anchor and own end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, Executive Search Mandates, working on Mid to Senior hiring along with Consultants and Research Associates. - Partner with senior stakeholders within Client organisations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements - Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies. - Showcase comprehensive and assessment skills in addition to leveraging strong industry and business understanding. - Select and present the most suitable candidates to the clients - Advise both clients and candidates during the assignment - Strong written and oral communication skills. EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS - 8-15 years of experience in the Executive Search industry demonstrating a strong flair for client facing roles. - A solid track record of success and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organization. - Proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment. - Relevant experience in Client Servicing and Business Development - Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities - Proven expertise in customer relationship management; strong consultative skills. Should have independently led a Business Unit / Build Client Relationships / Led Project Execution - A full-time post-graduate degree - MBA/PGDM - Excellent written and spoken English - Experience in managing mid-level hiring and relationships. - Ability to convince and sell a concept to senior professionals BEHAVIORIAL COMPETENCIES - Possess the ability to maintain professionalism and integrity while building credibility, trust, and respect with both internal and external clients and customers. - Ability to grasp concepts quickly, think beyond traditional methods to exceed clients expectations. - Passionate about recruitment and headhunting - Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment - Proven ability to effectively manage a large workload independently and multiple priorities simultaneously. - Excellent negotiation skills
