We are currently seeking dynamic professionals with 2 to 5 years of post-MBA experience in Sales or Key Account Management roles to join our team at Michael Page. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a 360-degree approach, encompassing business development, key account management, and consultative recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the designated market segment.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
2. Key Account Management (KAM):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of recruitment services.
3. Consultative Recruitment:
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide expert advice on career development and market trends to both candidates and clients.
- Facilitate the matching process, ensuring the best fit between candidates and job opportunities.
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Sales or Key Account Management roles.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
