As a Recruitment Consultant you would be responsible to:
- Partner with senior stakeholders within client organizations in determining and anticipating their human resource requirements
- Service clients for the real estate hiring requirements independently
- Building out a specialist practice within various asset classes in the real estate segment (residential, retail and commercial developers, co-working & co-living players, real estate funds, logistics & warehouse players, datacentres etc.) in the Indian market
- Defining your own strategy of development in line with the global strategy
- Acquiring and developing your own portfolio of clients and candidates through networking and commercial actions
- Advising both clients and candidates during the assignment
The successful applicant:
- MBA or relevant qualification from a tier 1 university
- 3-10 years of relevant experience in the Indian Real Estate space (with a developer / IPC / design firm etc.) and have demonstrated a strong flair for client facing roles
- Solid track record of success in your career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organization
- Proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial spirit and can thrive in a meritocratic environment
