Uphold all values of RGF.   - Understanding of the RGF vision and business plan of your unit.   - Understanding the RGF business model – matrix recruiting, KPIs’, focus on functional hiring, networking, HH/REF, references, floating, line management access and the importance of Speed and Quality.   - Keeping your current manager fully informed of issues, forecasts, and any other necessary business information in a timely manner.   - Having a comfortable knowledge of one’s business area with a strong understanding of end to end recruiting.   - Fully updated on one’s current matrix for both candidates and clients.   - Show superior understanding of first interviews and taking job orders as well as matching as shown by quality of interview notes, and active job to fill ratios, and submittals to CCM conversion rates   - Develop and manage at least 3 to 5 accounts by the ability to build deep relationships and form complete understandings of organizations, their culture, internal politics, and general personality requirements.   - Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain senior client contacts.  - Demonstrate knowledge of your specialized industry and consistently show initiative to increase your knowledge base.  - Develop a strong network base in your functional specialization.   - Delivery on complex deals (niche roles).   - Consistently meet and exceed your individual KPIs.  - After completion of Job science training, update JS regularly for all interactions with clients, candidates and job orders.   - Post and maintain job ads on job boards and websites.   - Working in an organized and timely manner including having an organized inbox, information on ATS and desk.  - Consistently cross sell other teams and offices   - Set a good example and act as a mentor to more junior team members.   - Participate in Kaizen initiatives.  - Building relationships with your team members and across the company.   Typical profile  - 1 to 7 years of recruiting experience (IT / Technical)   - Understanding and ability to execute independently the end-to-end recruitment cycle  - Graduate degree  - Ability to acquire new clients through business development activities  - Excellent communication skills  - Presentation skills   - Ability to work hard (long hours) and stretch as the demands of the clients or business  Interested Candidates please share your resume.
