Responsibilities

- Build strong domain knowledge on Indian landscape in your practice area.

- Networking and relationship building with middle and senior professionals of the practice

- Advise senior professionals and help them take informed career decisions.

- Work closely with client organizations to help them fill mid and senior management positions

- Contribute to the knowledge pool of the organization by regular industry research

- Keeping clients updated on the Industry (Leadership movements, best practices, M&As, new product launches, new businesses, company restructuring)

- Manage key stakeholders in client companies and ensure regular business flow from the client organizations
