Job Description:
About the organization- An executive boutique search firm based out of Dubai, started their operations in 2016. They have clients in India, the Middle East, North Africa, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Their focus lies on senior leadership roles in different functions and sectors such as Technology, Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Retail, and Engineering.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct job description analysis in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Publish postings on recruitment websites, social media and ensure company brand is represented.
- Manage first interviews, do competency assessment, short listing, interviews with the concerned manager.
- Complete all administrative tasks related to recruitment, offers and contracts of employment.
- Monitor recruitment metrics as well as hiring impact on company structure.
Key Requirements:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Science, Business or related field
- 4-7 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in IT domain.
- Hands-on experience with the different job sites and social media.
- Knowledge of IT assessment, interviewing techniques and recruitment procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates, employees and upper management.
