Recruitment Consultant - Finance & Compliance Practice Domain - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/CA

We are recruiting for a Finance recruitment consultant for a London based recruitment Firm, listed on the London Stock Exchange.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you are expected to perform the following activities

1. Consultative selling of recruitment solutions to Corporate and generating business and then servicing those clients as well.

2. Meeting with clients and candidates and placing the right professional into the right job

3. Maintaining a database of clients and candidates and actively networking with them

4. Excellent Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ideal Candidate:

1. MBA from a top-tier B-School / CA/CPA/ACCA

2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in a recruitment or Sales role

3. Well versed with Excel, Microsoft Office

4. Good knowledge in the Finance Domain
