Recruitment Consultant - Noida

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Serve as one of the primary points of contact for both candidates as well as respective clients for all open niche & complex leadership positions.

- Serve as a HR Access ambassador & be always on toes to excite clients with our delivery capability, market insight & market research capabilities.

- Orchestrate key interactions between our esteemed client point of contacts & our amazing staff, making sure appropriate protocols and cultural nuances are always considered.

- Go above and beyond to make sure every mandate serviced creates a seamless & never fading experience for clients.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree with 2+ years experience in hardcore recruitment, market mapping, headhunting along with some exciting success stories.

- Experience into BPM, Shared Services, ITES & Management Consulting will always be an added advantage.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Experience working with Mid to Sr. Leadership level folks/personnel

- Highly organized, detail oriented, and possess a proven ability to thrive under deadline pressure and to execute on a number of open recruitment mandates

- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills

- Experience working with Sr. Leadership level folks/personnel

- Comfortable working with highly technical topics and demonstrate an aptitude for translating client goals into actionable programs

- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented team environment
