The key responsibilities will include: 1. Take a brief on each assignment from the reporting Client Partners &amp; have a very clear understanding of the assignment - the role, KRAs, deliverables, requisite skill sets etc. Also acquire a clear understanding about the client organization-its size, culture, vision, people &amp; any unique features. 2. Complete sourcing of candidates for each given assignment, based on his/her understanding of the above, utilizing specified search sources, including physical &amp; online databank, Internet, industry mapping &amp; networking 3. Brief candidates in detail &amp; ascertain their levels of interest. Where required, he/she would be responsible for creating a briefing document &amp; a Job Description based on his/her understanding of the position, for sharing with each candidate. 4. Assess candidates through personal meetings or tele-interviews &amp; make recommendations regarding their fitment to the role under consideration. 5. Generate Assessment reports of candidates, highlighting personal &amp; professional strengths &amp; weaknesses relevant to the requirement, if needed. 6. Schedule all initial &amp; subsequent interviews in a manner which will ensure all meetings take place in an orderly manner &amp; on time, ensuring candidate confidentiality at all times 7. Mentor candidates prior to scheduling meetings to ensure candidates meet client's specific expectations. 8. Carry out detailed reference checks of each selected candidate, as per our standard format, for submission to the client. 9. Follow up &amp; handhold selected candidates to ensure their successful joining. 10. Manage the databank, which would include constant updating &amp; new additions. 11. Provide any other support that may be needed for ensuring successful closures of all assignments. Relevant exposure in a Consulting firm preferably in Services &amp; Technology vertical.
