- Interacting with the clients for getting & understanding the requirements.
- Working & managing a highly motivated Recruitment team, responsible for Team performance & team targets.
- Assigning the different profiles to the respective team members.
- Getting work done from the team by continuously motivating & training them according to the respective requirements.
- Involved in Training& development & organizational developmental activities.
- Responsible for maintaining an effective communication, coordination & working relations with all clients.
- Client Interaction & Relationship Management
- Constant client Interaction to specially understand the technical & non technical aspects of Job requirements by attending meetings, conference calls & discussions & to get more business & help coordinate with the team to make them understand the same.
- Making Proposals & its related costing based on requirements received.
- Candidates interaction & Relationship Management
- Interaction & meeting up with the candidates from Jr. to managerial level for understanding their profiles & their placements.& to know them in terms of their skills & their job requirements
- Maintaining relationships with candidates for long term association adding in database.
- Managing & Administrating
- Database upgradation & maintaining a systematic& comprehensive database of all requirements & profiles from fresher to Managerial Grade.
- Generation of various daily & monthly MIS reports responsible for effectively recording maintaining & reporting Human Resource Information
- Responsible for sourcing for Sr. level requirements
- Posting jobs on job sites & searching desired profiles through networking and head hunting.
- Follow up with the candidates for offer acceptance & other negotiation.
