- Recruit highly qualified external candidates for full-time professional and managerial positions within the company
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position specifications and Qualifications
- Play a lead role in the development of and / or develops and implements recruitment plans to proactively fill positions in a timely manner.
- Manage external candidates through the selection process with a focus on outstanding customer service and effective communication to all parties
- Partners with hiring managers to negotiate salaries and compensation packages
- Participate in driving HR projects
- Prepare and maintain an active database of potential hires
- Look at optimal media usage for advertising hiring requirements
- Researches trends in recruitment techniques
- Search candidates through Portals, Headhunting, Social Sites and internal referral program
- Develops offers in line with approved guidelines
- Negotiates offer and finalizes start date with candidate
- Continue interaction with candidate till the time the candidate joins the organization
- Leads and closes all formalities related to on boarding of the candidate
- Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guidelines and audit requirements that conform to parameter
- Drive the Reference Checks process for prospective candidates at the time of offer
- Track hiring results on designated recruiting events and job postings
