Recruiter:

- End to End Recruiting (Strategy, Implementation and Execution)

- Manpower Forecasting / Planning

- Search resumes from job portals, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Headhunting, Referrals, etc.

- Job analysis, Competency mapping and Strategic sourcing, etc.

- Source, Screen and conduct Interviews and look after the selection process.

- Ensure that the required number of employees are recruited for all processes

Experience: 2 to 4 yrs
