Talent Acquisition Leadership Hiring Recruiting lead

We are currently retained by a leading IT firm to hire a TA Leadership Hiring Recruiting Lead for them. There are 2 roles- one will focus on Sales Hiring and the other on IT hiring.

- As a Leadership hiring recruiting lead you will be responsible for Executive Level Tech or Sales hiring. The role will involve collaborating closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to align recruitment strategies and leading end-to-end recruitment process for the roles assigned. This role needs someone who can roll up his/her sleeves and get the job done.

- Also someone who has handled leadership hiring and not generic recruiting. You must have worked in an executive search firm followed by a TA role with an IT organization.

- Please note this role need someone who has led IT or Sales hiring for Executive-level role with ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Please note this is an Office Based role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with management to develop hiring strategies

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for executive level positions

- Maintain strong relationship with candidates and stakeholders

- Stay updated about industry trends and competitors analysis to make strategic decisions

- Build and maintain robust pipeline of candidates

- Track and maintain recruitment metrics and update to management

- Be able to close some of the roles as an Individual Contributor

- Lead and mentor team of recruiters to achieve results

To fit the bill, you must have:

- 7+ years of experience in executive-level recruitment.

- MBA in HR will be preferred.

- Strong hold on executive recruitment, market trend, and compensation structure.

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies.

- Executive search firm experience followed by TA role
