Recruiter/Sr Recruiter - ITeS/Analytics

We are looking to hire a Consultant / Sr. Consultant handling recruitment for the ITeS/ Analytics vertical in Bangalore.

The role will involve:

- Handling end to end recruitment activities

- Identify candidates through conventional & innovative sourcing methods

- Analyzing and understanding the client's requirements

- Focus towards building Key / Large accounts through effective client relationship management

- Escalations and Resolutions management

- Candidate Assessment and Management

- Responsible for invoicing & collections

- Experience/ Knowledge of market & industry mapping

Desired Candidate Profile

- Should be smart, assertive, logical and achievement oriented

- Recruitment experience in KPO / Analytics industry is mandatory.
