We are looking for " Sr.Recruiter/Recruiter - Talent Acquisition for a well funded Startup.. (A StartUp company which is India's Largest Agri marketing platform, solving one of the toughest supply chain problems through technology. They have been funded by Accel Partners, Nandan Nilekani, Mistletoe(Japan) & Qualcomm Ventures.

Responsibilities

- Own & deliver hiring for the assigned roles/regions

- Proactively network and source candidates through a combination of channels including, job portals, headhunting, referrals, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), online groups, forums, communities, Print ads etc.

- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage. candidate/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment

- Screen, shortlist and coordinate with applicants to take people from application to offer stage

- Plan and support initiatives including employee referrals, refining career section on our website etc.

- Utilize existing tools to source and discover creative ways to engage candidates

- Work closely with interview teams to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience Required Skil
