Recruiter - IT

- Recruitment for AI/ML, Data scientist, Data Analytics, Engineering roles

- Collaborating with Management/Hiring Managers to get clarity on requirements

- Responsible for the development and building roadmap for Global Recruitment process based in India.

- Formulating a methodology to determine the best sourcing strategy : Job Posting, Social Outreach, Employee Referral etc

- Sourcing, Screening profiles

- Scheduling interviews

- Salary Negotiation

- Post offer engagement with candidates

- Should have worked on IT hiring for packages 15 lacs to 60 lpa packages.

- 3-10 years of experience as Tech Recruiter in an IT Firm/Start-up.
