Role: - Partner with managers and HR to improve and strengthen the recruiting process. - Creatively find new sourcing opportunities and promote company as a great place to work. - Co-ordinate the recruiting lifecycle including job postings, resume screening, interview arrangements and employment offers - Partner with hiring managers to successfully match candidate skillsets to business needs - Coach managers to - interview for selection as opposed to interview for rejection - Maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system - Continuously contribute to improving and enhancing candidate and hiring manager experience - Enter new employees into Workday, our human resources information system, to ensure a smooth hand-off from recruiting to onboarding.
