Job Description

1. End to end IT recruitment for top-notch companies

2. Sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, negotiating compensation packages, etc.

3. Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do the telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow-up.

4. Should have had worked on major job portals & social networking tool and other classified job sites.

5. Candidate should come with a strong network of candidates.

6. Client Interaction & Coordination as and when required.
