- This opportunity is an individual contributor role.

- You have solid experience in recruiting for Product based companies.

- Good to have eCommerce recruitment experience but not mandatory.

- You should have solid experience in domains like eCommerce OR Networking OR Storage OR System Side recruitment.

- You will help the organization to recruit good talent at Senior Leadership Levels.

- You have excellent skills in understanding Technology stack

- You have excellent skills in Social media recruiting.

- You come from a MBA background with HR specialization.

- You should be able to join the organization within 15-30 days of time period.
