Recruiter - BFSI Client - Executive Search Firm

The role is for an executive search firm based in Dubai.

We are looking for a candidate from a recruitment firm in India, who has handled senior hiring for BFSI clients.

The role will be based in Dubai, and candidate must be ready to relocate soon.

The role is responsible for 

- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc

- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

- Understand job descriptions and job specifications

- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards

- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports

Must Have's 

- Must be from a recruitment background 

- Must have hired for BFSI clients 

- Must be willing to relocate to Dubai
