Roles and Responsibilities:

- Preferable Leadership hiring however will be okay to consider people from lateral hiring background.

- Excellent communication. Candidate should be either from service industry or from a consultancy hiring for service based companies.

- Someone who is hiring HRO, Digital transformation, Procurement, Supply chain, Analytics, Practice roles for various domains, investment banking will be an ideal fit.

- People from core IT Hiring background will not be a first preferences, however basis someone's interpersonal skills and ready to do NON IT recruitment mindset to be evaluated.

- Should have excellent exposure towards Naukri and LinkedIn
