Job Summary :


- We are seeking an experienced BFSI Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and placing top-tier talent within the Banking and Insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in BFSI recruitment within the domestic staffing industry.


- As a BFSI Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and presenting qualified candidates to meet our clients' specific staffing needs.


Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements within the Banking and Insurance domains.


- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the BFSI industry to source, screen, and identify candidates with relevant skills and experience.


- Employ various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach, to build a diverse talent pool.


- Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess their technical skills, domain knowledge, and cultural fit for the BFSI sector.


- Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with candidates and clients.


- Work closely with the management team to establish recruitment strategies that align with client goals and industry trends.


- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.


- Provide timely and relevant updates to clients regarding candidate progress and recruitment status.


- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them informed about potential job opportunities and industry insights.


- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting the BFSI sector.


- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, insights, and market knowledge. Qualifications:


- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a BFSI Recruiter within the domestic staffing industry.


- Proven success in recruiting for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance positions.


- In-depth understanding of the BFSI sector, including roles, functions, and industry trends.


- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.


- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close offers effectively.


- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.


- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
