Analytics Recruiter-MNC Bank-Bangalore 1. Hiring in the Data Engineering/ Data Science and Data Analysis domains. In-depth knowledge of hiring Big Data engineers . 2. Responsible for complete End-to-End Recruitment (Short listing, HR-Screening/Interview, Interview arrangements, Salary negotiations, Offer initiation, Post-offer follow ups) 3. Consult with clients to develop appropriate sourcing strategy, such as internal direct sourcing, networking, and social recruitment. 4. Source applicants, screen resumes, interview and assess candidates and provide list of qualified candidates to hiring managers. 5. Partner with respective Human Resource Advisors, compensation leads, and hiring managers to prepare reasonable and fair offers for internal and external talent 6. Research markets and peer organizations to identify candidates, and provide positive candidate experience for internal and external candidates 7. Participate in diversity recruiting events and activities 8. Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information to assess talent pipeline for current and future needs as well as facilitate feedback conversations with key stakeholders and candidates Salary offered: 11-20 LPA
