Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Gurugram.

- The Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding. A recruiter will also be expected to use various recruitment platforms and build relationships with potential candidates, attracting them to open positions.

- The recruiter will also provide recommendations to hiring managers and may participate in the development of recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

- Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting.

- Proven ability to identify top talent using various recruitment platforms and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with good problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, MBA will be preferred

- Experience in employee relations, compliance, and other HR related services is a plus
