About our Client: Our client is an FMCG giant headquartered in Europe. They have their operations in over 50 countries and have more than 60000 employees worldwide. Their global revenue is more than $15 billion. They are setting up their global shared service setup in India and are looking for a someone to lead their service delivery.

Job Description:

As R2R Lead, you will be reporting into the Global Shared Service Lead and your responsibilities will include:

- Lead the R2R teams to deliver required service

- Ensure that service levels are in line with SLAs

- Supervise GL cutover and operations

- Work with business leads and functional leads toward transition of existing R2R services into the global shared service

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful applicant, you will be a qualified chartered accountant or cost accountant or MBA with 16-20 years of post-qualification work experience.

- You will possess experience of leading a multi-country R2R service line in an MNC.

- You will be skillful at managing diverse stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.
