Record to Report Head/SME - CA - BPO

We are looking for a senior finance professional having deep F&A domain knowledge, an experience of interacting with the customer, a mindset for solutioning and good commercial sense.

- Lead F&A solutioning and client-specific discussions as a subject matter expert

- Engage with top global clients to design best in class R2R processes.

- Will steer the designing of effective E2E Record to Report processes for improved metrics and cost effectiveness.

- Perform diagnostics and commercialize the product offering.

- Must have expertise in the Record to Report Domain

- Must have experience in solutioning assignments.

- Can boost implementation of practices in different accounts

- Can coach and mentor teams for delivery of the goals

- Has ability to Evolve and implement best practices, case studies, benchmarking for R2R processes.

Must have :

- Qualified CA

- Client Facing Experience

- Global Exposure
