Reconciliation Specialist - Balance Sheet - BFSI

Job Description:

- Semi qualified / qualified (preferred) accountants to work on this project

- Hands on reconciliation experience. Experience on Oracle is preferred.

- Experts in identifying and reduction of open items in account reconciliations

- Ability to interact with the client and explain the root cause and the suggested approach on process change to permanently eliminate root cause of open items

- Critical to have: knowledge and relevant experience about balance sheet reconciliations and F&A outsourcing (P2P, O2C, R2R) industry fundamentals
