Reconciliation Analyst - Finance Sector - eCommerce

Salary offered: 6 - 7 LPA

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the day to day Operations for the reconciliations Function.

The role is to reconcile and investigate on the exception for any transaction which is affected across all clients, agencies, mode of payments and receipts and wallet partners

Key Responsibilities

- Define business rules and set process for reconciliation

- Ensure all transaction is reconciled with payment gateways at the transaction level and accounting level

- Ensure all transaction is reconciled with clients at the transaction level and accounting level

- Ensure all receipts via all mode of payments from wallet partners on a particular day are investigated and reconciled within the time allotted

- Identify and investigate the root cause of settlement discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

- Analyse the data and look for exceptions

- Ensure anything suspicious or out of ordinary is escalated to the manager without any delay

- Constant and regular review of processes and performance with a focus on improving departmental competency

- Identify business knowledge gaps and ensure everyone has ownership of deliverables.

- Ensure none of the critical tasks to be completed for the day are missing

- Coordinate with various internal departments to resolve issues

- Ensure timely sign off for monthly and quarterly reporting cycles

Past 3 years core Reconciliation experience required.
