Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy

- Identify new business growth opportunities, including new products, services, markets, trends

- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers

- Build professional rapport with clients, understanding their core needs, collecting client/market feedback and incorporate their feedback in the day-to-day operations

- Identify strategic business partnerships to synergize growth opportunities for both businesses

- Make corporate overview presentations to key decision makers, effectively selling organizational capabilities and credentials

- Build strong relationships with industry professionals, experts, speakers, vendors and other personnel

- Supervise Marketing Coordination team on digital and other marketing efforts

- Suggest and implement campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement

- Promote events and target specific audience as per the event

- Set up paid advertising campaigns for brand awareness, event promotion and lead generation

- Stay updated with the new trends in social media and industry

- Curate content to be shared with the community through different channels (Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups and other platforms to engage with the community

- Conduct research on the trending topics specific to the industry and create a content strategy for blogs and social media

- Edit/proofread content writer's posts

- Manage distribution of content on different channels

- Connect with industry experts to gather expert content (in the form of blogs, videos, interviews, etc.)

- Integrate all channels of marketing (Social media, SEO, print, digital marketing, etc.)

- Plan events and target audience

- Lead and set up promotional activities of the event

- Carry out covering of the event on different social media channels

Required Skills/Experience

- Graduate/PG with prior experience in business development for 5 plus years

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Ability to plan and execute

- Excellent leadership skills

- Critical thinker and problem solver

- Ability to work in a fast paced startup environment

- Write concise, technical and grammatically correct with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy suitable for publication

- Excellent writing, verbal communication and technical skills

- An understanding of what information about holistic health will appeal to various demographics

- Ability to follow through on assignments with minimal direction

- Demonstrated ability to be highly organized and creative to complete work in a timely manner

- Excellent organization skills are essential

- Experience in Operations and Project Management

An ideal candidate should:

- Possess knowledge and experience in digital and traditional marketing

- Be keen in learning about natural healing methods (Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation, Acupressure)

- Flexible and comfortable to work on multiple roles

- Be able to effectively curate, create and share content in all forms

- Have great communication and interpersonal skills
