- Drive regional performance

a. Deliver Volume & Value Business against ASP (Annual Sales Planning) for the categories by region and maintain consistent growth across sub-channels (retail and cash and carry)

b. Execute monthly promotions as per the aligned promotions with C-KAMs

c. Drive visibility in modern trade, in co-ordination with HO and Chains teams

d. Review of business with Chains store team and Category Manager on driving the category with their support every month

e. Ensure best in class OTIF

f. Drive the TOT parameters with Chains to drive effective and sustainable growth (Effective use of Data Sharing, driving multiple visibility space, achieving the monthly target, and timely payments)

g. Have a financial review regularly with the Accounts Manager/MT Head to ensure that the Budgeted Top-line is achieved

h. Ensure that the correct planogram is in the store as agreed with Trade Marketing and Marketing teams

i. Execute creative merchandising for our brand in the category and multiple space in the stores in co-ordination with Chain team (Promo awareness and Freshness are the key)

j. Work with the National KAM for planning and execution of new launches, consumer promotion, incremental space /volume on regular intervals.

k. Drive market share at all stores in the region

- Team/Stakeholder Management

a. Coach and develop sales team on their roles and responsibilities (Soft Skill Training)

b. Train and develop the merchandisers on their roles and responsibilities

c. Develop and mentor potential team members to the next level

d. Conduct quarterly review with team on the progress and way forward.

e. Establish travel and market contact for self, direct reportees and the entire sales team

f. Have periodic review on the progress of Business - Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly with regular update to immediate Manager and MT Head on sales trends, Market developments and competition.

g. Work with commercial teams for financial control at Chains (Collection, accounts reconciliation, settling of claims at chains and channel partners)

h. Ensure process orientation initiatives to increase market share with developing the team to deliver the set objectives and monitor effectiveness of the same on regular basis.

i. Pre & post sales tracking & analysis of promotions effectiveness.
